Cullen "Cully" Foss

Cullen B. “Cully” Foss, age 42 of Aitkin died Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the Riverwood Health Care Center in Aitkin.

Cully was born May 20, 1977 in Mora, Mn. and lived in Hinckley until moving to Aitkin in 1987. Cully attended public schools in Aitkin. After high school, he enjoyed working at the Aitkin County DAC for over 20 years. Residing in a local group home brought much happiness to Cully as he enjoyed the camaraderie of the staff and his fellow housemates. He was a very loving person and quick with a smile and hug. Once he met someone, he had an incredible way of remembering you.

Cully is survived by his parents: Barry and Eileen Foss; Sister and brother in law: Alison and Ben Matalamaki, nieces Tahlia and Taylor Matalamaki and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Church was very important to Cully. He especially enjoyed the music. Memorials may be made to First Lutheran Church, Aitkin, MN.

A memorial service will be held Friday, November 15, 2019 at 11 AM from First Lutheran Church with Rev. Reggie Denton officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with the Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
