Delores Joyce Erickson

Delores Joyce Erickson, 92 of Aitkin died Friday, January 10, 2020 at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, MN.  She was born November 10, 1927 in Rock Creek Township, Pine County, MN. to Walter and Elsie (Rodbom) Erickson.  She graduated from Rush City High School in 1946.  She lived in Rush City, Minneapolis, South Carolina, New Prague, Tamarack, McGregor and Aitkin.  She worked for May Brothers, a grocery distributor in Minneapolis.  She enjoyed reading and studying her Bible, cooking, baking, watching game shows and cooking shows.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers and sisters: Lawrence, Leslie, Eldora, Wayne, Corrine, Ronald and Arlene; niece Mary Coyle and nephews: James Lindemann and Gary Erickson.

Delores is survived by her brother and sisters-in-law: Robert B. and Janice M. Erickson; sister-in-law: Barbara Erickson; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services for Delores will be in the spring and burial will be in Rabbit Lake Cemetery.  Arrangements are with Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Aitkin.  www.srtfuneral.com
