Henrietta Frances (Koepke) Gallatin Boyer

Henrietta Frances (Koepke) Gallatin Boyer, 101 of Aitkin died Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Aicota Health Care Center in Aitkin.  She was born October 24, 1917 in Jordan, MN. to August and Catherine (Dols) Koepke.  She was united in marriage to Glen John Gallatin on June 16, 1936 in Carver, MN. until his death on June 1, 1978.  They raised their family in Saint Paul before retiring to the Aitkin area in 1973.  She met Robert Boyer and they were united in marriage on September 28, 1979 in Aitkin. 

She was a wonderful Mom, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and Great-Great Grandmother. 

She loved spending time with her family playing cards, doing puzzles, and going to the casino.  She will be sadly missed by her family and all her friends at Aicota Assisted Living. 

She was preceded in death by her parents: August and Catherine Koepke; Husband Glen Gallatin in 1978; Husband Robert Boyer in 1998; Brothers: Jerry, Harold, Howard; and Step Son Jim Boyer.

Henrietta is survived by her sons and daughter: James (Brenda Lee) Gallatin of Lacey, WA.;

Richard (Linda) Gallatin of Lindstrom, MN.;

Kathleen (Dan) Phipps of Bovey, MN.;

Michael (Marianne) Gallatin of Forest Lake, MN.;

William (Jenellen) Gallatin of Livermore, CO.;

John (Kathy) Gallatin of Aitkin, MN.;

And many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great-Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:00A.M. – Friday, May 17, 2019 at Saint James Catholic  Church in Aitkin.  Father David Forsman will officiate. 

Burial will be in Saint Thomas Cemetery, Aitkin. 

Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
