Lavista May Webber

Lavista May Webber, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, of Palisade passed away April 7, 2019 at the Aicota Health Care Center in Aitkin at the age of 103.

She was the oldest of two daughters of Everett and Elizabeth (Williams) Weaver born March 20, 1916. She loved her Lord Jesus and was a loving person. She had a hug for everyone.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years Ernest John Webber, her sister Edith Duckworth, her daughters Rowena Favuzza and Gladys Marie (stillborn). Also 4 stepsisters and 3 stepbrothers. She is survived by her children: Florence Slate of Palisade, Mn., Chandler (Kitty) Webber of Breezy Point, Mn., Grandchildren: Larry Slate (Laurie) of Aurora, Illinois, Brenda Overhauser (Dan) of Spokane, Wa., David Webber of Fargo, N.D., Michael Webber of Elk River, Mn., Douglas Emery (Diane) of Winter Haven, Fl., Michael Morrissette (Kelly) of Anoka, Mn., 12 Great Grandchildren, 19 Great Great Grandchildren and also many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held on June 1 at the Fleming United Methodist Church near Palisade, Mn. at 11 AM.
