Scott Alan Ferdelman, 57, of Aitkin, died Sunday September 15, 2019 at the Mayo Clinic Hospital-St. Mary’s Campus in Rochester.
He was born August 30, 1962 in Minneapolis to Robert Lawrence and Bonnie Lee (Bovee) Ferdelman. He graduated from Aitkin High School in 1981.
Scott was united in marriage to Wanda Marie (Burgstaler) on June 23, 1984 in Crosby. He worked as a Bricklayer-Mason and was a member of the Minnesota Bricklayers Union Local #1 for 31 years. Scott was full of energy and lived life to the fullest by riding motor cycle and his unicycle, playing horse shoes, collecting hats, smoking turkey and other meats, and woodcarving. His favorite time of the years was Christmas.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Jack and Tillie Ferdelman, and Kermit and Helen Bovee.

A gathering of family and friends to honor Scott’s life will be Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 2P.M. to 4P.M., with a prayer service starting at 4:00P.M. at Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Aitkin. www.srtfuneral.com
