Bonnie Ione Stofferahn

Bonnie Ione Stofferahn, 87 of McGregor, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Benedictine Health Center at Innsbruck in New Brighton. She was born February 6, 1931 to Harry and Pauline Knaack. Bonnie was united in marriage to Arnold William Paul Stofferahn on November 9, 1949 in Duluth. She loved playing cards, singing, coloring, traveling and having adventures and being with family and loved ones. Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Arnold; her parents; two sisters, Beverly Knaack and Arlene Osterman. Bonnie is survived by her children, Steven Stofferahn of West Virginia, Marty (Ruth) Stofferahn of Tamarack, Linda Dotzler of Aitkin, Judy (Phillip) Dotzler of Aitkin and Peggy (Gary) Smith of Coon Rapids; grandchildren, Andrew, Jeffrey, Brandon and Melanie Smith, Jennifer Sutch, Kathy Bassett, David and Lisa Stofferahn, Chris, Neil and Matthew Dotzler, John and Kevin Dotzler, Laura Stack, Ranee Olson, William and Melissa Stofferahn, Norlin and Brandon Sage; many great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren; brother, John (Joyce) Knaack of McGregor; sisters, Jolene Hedlund of Cloquet and Jacki Olson of McGregor. Funeral service will be 1:00P.M. – Friday, January 25, 2019 at McGregor Funeral Home in McGregor. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
