Brian Donald Bukkila

Brian Donald Bukkila, 60 of Aitkin died Saturday, April 25, 2020 at Riverwood Health Care Center in Aitkin.  He was born July 15, 1959 in Minneapolis to Donald and Barbara (Larson) Bukkila.  He graduated from Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis and work for Burlington Northern as a machine operator until his retirement.   Brian was united in marriage to Brenda Sue (Keen) on September 16, 2000 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Brenda on December 25, 2019,

and his grandparents: Ben and Hilma Bukkila and Francis and Pearl Larson.

Brian is survived by his parents Donald and Barbara Bukkila

Children: Ben Bukkila of Sturgis, SD.

Kevin (Samantha Solheim) Hanson of Wishram, WA.

Derek Hanson of Wishram, WA.

Grandchildren: Emory, Coralynn, and Liam Bukkila, Cain and Jacob Solheim,

Merci Wildey, Trent, Jameson, Makayla, and Quinten Hanson.

Brothers and sisters: Julie (Ken) Patnode of Maple Grove,

Brock (Amy) Bukkila of Aitkin, Brett (Sheri) Bukkila of Coon Rapids

Don (Barb) Bukkila of Alexandria.

Many other special relatives and friends.
