Cynthia Louise Harms, 73, of McGregor, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2025 in Essentia St. Mary’s Medical Center, Duluth. She was born April 30, 1952 in Rochester to Jimmy and Caroline (Myhre) Kinsey. Cynthia was united in marriage to Richard Harms on May 31, 1975 in Babitt. Cynthia enjoyed wood carving, agate picking, camping on the North Shore and especially spending time with her family.
Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Susan.
Cynthia is survived by her husband, Richard Harms; children, Andrew (Stephanie) Harms and Matthew Harms; grandchildren; siblings, Barbara Kok and Murray (Corinna) Kinsey; other relatives and friends.
