Edward Percy Gabert, 64 of Aitkin died Saturday, May 16, 2026 at his home.  He was born July 20, 1961 in Renton, WA. The son of William and Bernice (Gustavus) Gabert.  Edward was united in marriage to Susan Elizabeth Moore on July 18, 1998.  He was very family oriented and loved visiting with good friends.  He enjoyed being a school bus driver for Aitkin Schools for 20 years, he also enjoyed deer hunting and fishing.  He was preceded in death by his parents, child Dena Gabert, sister Adel Larson, and his in-laws: Janice & David Moore.  He is survived by his wife susan; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law: Sarah Moore and Sandy & Dave Raley; nieces and nephews: Karen & Todd, Kathy, Alexis Moore, Sean Moore; great-nieces: Aveah & Tinayah Moore.
