Florence Lubovich Obituary

Florence Irene Lubovich, 91, of Aitkin, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 in Aicota Health Care Center, Aitkin. She was born September 25, 1928 in Bennettville to George and Celia (Griffith) Ferguson. Florence graduated from Aitkin High School and was united in marriage to Joseph Lubovich.

Florence is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; her parents; step-mother, Margaret (Phillips) Voltz; sister, Margaret Swanson; 4 step-brothers; 3 step-sisters.

Florence is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Lubovich; grandchildren, Caitlin (Billy) Fox and Kevin Bishman, Kelsee and Olivia; great grandchildren, Shyla and Marla; sister, Carolyn Ritchie and family; brother, Melvin Voltz and family; sister-in-law, Ellie Lubovich and family; Many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends in the Crosby Area where Florence lived and worked for many years; special friends, Pilar White, Elaine Wischmann and Norman Hulin;.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to: Wildlife Science Center, 22830 Sunrise Road NE., Stacy, MN. 55079

Burial will be in Bennettville Cemetery in the Spring.
