Gerda (Lange) Frost

Gerda Frost, 100, of Aitkin, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, February 9, 2020.  Gerda was born on December 23, 1919 in Branitz, Poland to Richard and Meta Lange.  Gerda was a self-taught musician.  She played accordion, piano, organ, keyboard and violin.  She performed polka, Christmas and religious music for local senior facilities for many years. 

Gerda is preceded in death by her husband, Walter; son, Dwayne; daughter, Sharon and her parents.

Gerda is survived by her daughter, Diane (Roger) Hasselius; son, Darrell (Kay) Lueck; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held in the Spring at Dykeman Cemetery, Brainerd.
