Harland Angelo Kern

Harland Angelo Kern, 87, of McGregor, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at his home.  He was born January 26, 1938 in Faribault to Leonard and Anna Ruth (Crandall) Kern.  Harland was united in marriage to Beverly Larson Giles on April 23, 1976.  Harland enjoyed fishing, hunting and making gender specific origami bunnies for everyone.  Harland had a great sense of humor and was an extraordinary story teller.  He will be dearly missed.

Harland is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Richard, Elaine, Donald and Sharon.

Harland is survived by his loving wife, Beverly; children, Steve (Aimee) Kern, Ron (Crystal) Kern, Cari (Robert Robitaille) Giles, Bill (JoLynn) Giles and Mike (Sandie) Kern; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
