James Henry Baxley

James Henry Baxley, 54 of McGregor MN. died Friday, October 6, 2023 at  Riverwood Health Care Center in Aitkin.  He was born November 18, 1968 in Athens, Tennessee to Jimmy Ray and Barbara Ellen (Lethco) Baxley.  After graduating high school he earned a B.S. Degree in Web Securities and Web Page Development and a Masters Degree in Finance with a Minor in Marketing.  He worked as a machine operator and in construction.  James was united in marriage to April Marie Kerr on January 3, 2014 in Hendersonville, NC.  He was preceded in death by his Father Jimmy Ray Baxley (63) Mother Barbara Ellen (Lethco) Baxley (50) and Sister Tammy Hall (48).

James is Survived by his Wife April Marie Baxley (41);

Former Wife Scarlett Baxley (59);

Children: Son Matthew R. Harris (42) Daughter-in-Law Sandra L Harris (44) Daughter Amanda Puente (32) Son-in-Law Gonzalo Puente (35) Bonus Children Stepson Matthew Kerr (23) Stepdaughter Jaden Asselta (21) Stepdaughter Grace Kerr (19) and Stepson William Kerr (15);

Grandchildren: Matthew and Sandra's children: Jason Ashburn (21) Barbara Harris (4) Amanda and Gonzalo's children: Jennifer Baxley (16) Emilio Puente (14) Marisol Puente (11) and Fidel Puente (9);

Siblings: Grady Wilson (57) Jeff Baxley (53) Sister-in-Law Lisa Baxley (49) Pam Clawson (58) and Sarah Ellis (60).

No public services will be held at this time.  Arrangements are with McGregor Funeral Home & Cremation Services in McGregor.
