Jeri Eileen (Wenner) Wiebusch, 71, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024. She fought the good fight and was welcomed into heaven by Jesus Christ, her loving parents, and many other family and friends.
Jeri was born on March 11, 1953, in Rapid City, SD along with her beloved twin sister, Jean, to Kenneth and Dolores (Roettger) Wenner. She married David Wiebusch in Wayzata, MN on October 8, 1976. She was a dedicated nurse and devoted many years as a health advocate for her family, ensuring they always received the best care. She looked forward to family gatherings, enjoyed a good meal (in true Wenner fashion), was passionate about politics, rooted for the MN Twins and Vikings, loved dogs, and was so proud of her garden at Dam Lake.
She is survived by her loyal husband, David Wiebusch; daughter, Nicole (Joe) Gall; son, Marc Wiebusch; grandchildren, Henry and Ellie Gall; twin sister, Jean (Dave) Krupp; brothers, Robert (Carol) Wenner and Richard (Barb) Wenner; sisters, Laurie (David) Anderson, and Ellen (Sean) Casey and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be on Friday, October 4th, 2024, at 11:00 AM in St. James Catholic Church in Aitkin. Visitation is to be held 1 hour before the service at the church. Arrangements are with Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Aitkin. To leave a message of condolence, please go to www.srtfuneral.com
