Jerome "Jerry" Albert Heuer

Jerome “Jerry” Albert Heuer, 76, of Tracy, California and Aitkin/Dam Lake, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 4, 2023 at his Dam Lake home.  He was born March 25, 1947 in Oakland, California to Albert and Faye (Lemke) Heuer.  Jerry attended San Jose State, receiving an Electrical Engineering Degree.  Jerry was united in marriage to Marilyn Midthun on August 22, 1970 in Fremont, California.  Jerry enjoyed hunting, coin collecting, RC Airplanes, gun collecting/shooting and especially spending time with his family.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn Heuer; children, Mark (Carrie) Heuer, Valerie (Jason) Phillips, Monica (Billy) Roemer and Jennifer (Patrick) Flaherty; grandchildren, Ryan Phillips, Camden Heuer, Grayson Heuer, Keira Roemer and Colton Roemer.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 11 at 11 AM in Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home, Aitkin.  Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will be in Forest Cemetery, Kimberly Township.  To sign the guestbook, visit www.srtfuneral.com.  Arrangements are with Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Aitkin.
