John "Terry" Kullhem

John "Terry" Kullhem, 90, of Palisade, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018 in Aicota Health Care Center, Aitkin. He was born December 25, 1927 in Palisade to Uno and Ailie (Beck) Kullhem. Terry graduated from Aitkin High School in 1945. He was united in marriage to Marilyn Jones on September 18, 1965 in Palisade. Terry worked with L.G. Carlstrom Construction for many years and is a retired member of the Palisade Fire Department. Terry was also a member of the Aitkin County Historical Society. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, woodworking, going to auctions and especially enjoyed spending time with the love of his life, Marilyn and their family. Terry is preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn; his parents; two brothers, Lester and Raymond Kullhem. Terry is survived by 2 children, Lisa (Bud) Vipperman of Ironton and Mike Kullhem of Garrison; grandchildren, Karissa, Kori and Tanner; great grandchildren, Landon and Gracelynn; other relatives and friends. Services will be Tuesday, October 9, at 11 AM in Bethel Lutheran Church, Palisade. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Palisade.
