John Henry Wollenberg

John Henry Wollenberg, 92, of McGregor, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at his home.  He was born August 9, 1931 in Waltham Township, MN to John and Mary (Ruzek) Wollenberg.  John was a veteran of The United States Army who served during the Korean War.  John was united in marriage to Doris Jean Carlson on November 2, 1962 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

John enjoyed the outdoors and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

John is preceded in death by his wife, Doris; his parents.

John is survived by his children, Joan Wollenberg and John “Jack” (Qiong) Wollenberg; grandchildren, Arun, Devon, Grace and Cody; sister, Barb Goulet; sister-in-law, Carol Wollenberg; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
