Heaven gained another Angel!

June Joane Hegman Jensen, 94, of Palisade, passed into Jesus arms Saturday August 22, 2026 at 9:30 pm with son Jon and daughter Cindy by her side. Her legacy of Love, caring, hospitality, and love of her Lord and Savior will be remembered by all who met her.  June Joanne Hendricks was born in Aitkin County on June 29, 1932 to Alexander McKinley Hendricks and Bertha Wilde Hendricks. June graduated from Aitkin High School and went on to marry Delmer Hegman.  They farmed in the Palisade area for many years. June went on to work in the PCA, Woodland Container, and First Federal as a loan officer. Later in her life, June was busy in Real Estate in the Princeton and Milaca area. Upon retiring June and husband Richard Jensen moved back to June’s family farm. June loved fishing, cooking, baking (especially pies) and her family.

June is preceded in death by her parents, her brother David Hendricks, her sister Lila Johnson, granddaughter Kirsten June Frederick Fumagalli, great granddaughter Airrington Hope Fumagalli, and Delmer Hegman.

June is survived by her husband Richard Jensen; Jon Charles Hegman(son) and Jan Hegman(spouse)(nee Orazem); Cynthia Joan Frederick(daughter)(nee Hegman) and Jan Frederick(spouse); Sister-in-law, Sharon Hendricks. Eight grandchildren: Jeri Anne Goodall (Joey), Joshua Hegman (Megan), Jacob Hegman (Emily), Jase Hegman (Sarah), Jeremiah Frederick, Kai Frederick (Trista), Michael Fumagalli, Anna Frederick Pierce (Jason), 19 great grandchildren, and exceptional friends Haylee and Kathy.

A Celebration of Life will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Palisade Assembly of God Church.  Visitation will begin 1 hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery with a luncheon to follow.
