Mark Allen Peck

Mark Allen Peck, 71 of McGregor passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Riverwood Health Care Center in Aitkin.  He was born July 20, 1951 in Minneapolis to Merle “Bud” Peck and Violet Hunt.  He grew up in Faribault and graduated from Mankato High School in 1969.  He attended Dunwoody Institute and graduated with a degree in Architectural Drafting.  He was a member of the U.S. National Guard.  Mark owned and operated Peck Construction, Inc., a commercial concrete and masonry company in Ramsey, MN, for many years.  During his retirement he was living life to the fullest at the lake in McGregor with his wife Karen.  Mark loved spending time with his family and friends.  He was an avid woodworker.  He enjoyed golfing, boating, hunting,fishing, barbecuing, reading, playing cards, singing karaoke, and fixing anything and everything for the people he loved.  He was preceded in death by his parents Bud and Violet.

Mark is survived by his wife Karen;  Daughters: Ashley (Michael) Mintos, Breanna Peck, and Chelsey (Ryan) Mabry;  Step-sons: Jimmy (Brenda) Graham, Kelly (Lesley) Graham;  Grandchildren: Paige Graham, Isla Mabry, Izzy Graham, Lucy Mintos, Mia Mabry, Elliot Mintos, Vivien Mintos, Aria Mabry;  Sisters: Michelle Streitz

and Nancy (Tom) Sorenson;

Many other special relatives and friends who mourn his passing.

A Celebration of Mark’s life will be12:00pm - 4:00pm, Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Bann's Bar & Restaurant, McGregor.  Arrangements are with McGregor Funeral Home & Cremation Services of McGregor.
