Matthew "Matt" Vincent Fredricksen, Sr.

Matthew “Matt” Vincent Fredricksen, Sr., 72, of McGregor, formerly of St. Paul, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2025 in Riverwood Health Care Center, Aitkin.  He was born June 17, 1953 in St. Paul to Richard and Emily (Hultgren) Fredricksen.  Matt was united in marriage to Barbara Thompson on August 24, 1972 in Watertown, South Dakota.  Matt enjoyed collecting classic cars and motorcycles, drawing, wood carving and playing in a band.  Matt was also a third generation antique collector. 

Matt is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ben; infant brother, Robert.

Matt is survived by his loving wife, Barbara; 2 sons, Matthew Jr. and Jeremiah; sister, Jevne (Len) Kloeber; other relatives and friends.
