Patricia Ann Souter

Patricia Ann Souter, 67 of Jacobson – Boot Lake & wintered in Arizona, passed away Friday, July 28, 2023 at her home.  She was born July 15, 1956 in Minneapolis to Edward and Ardythe (Crozier) McCaleb.  She graduated from St. Louis Park High School in 1974 and then earned an A.A. degree in accounting from Century College.  Patricia was united in marriage to Randy R. Souter on June 18, 1977 in Hopkins.  She worked in revenue and accounting for several counties including Aitkin and Itasca.  She lived on Boot Lake near Jacobson and wintered in Arizona where she enjoyed the warm sunshine, riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle, hot tubbing, baking, watching the Minnesota Wild and all of her Golden Retreivers and Labs.  She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Ardythe McCaleb.  Patricia is survived by her husband Randy Souter; Children: Eddy (Stephanie) Souter of Stillwater, Nicky (Galen) Booth of Brainerd and Beth (Tyler) Obinger of Columbus; Grandchildren: Jack, Tommy, Trevor, Alex, Brooke, Riley, Hailey, and a baby girl on the way; Sister Michele Bargmann of  Chaska;  And many other special relatives and friends who mourn her passing.

A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held 12:00pm - Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at the McGregor Community Center in McGregor.  Visitation will begin at 11:30am at the community center.  Arrangements are with McGregor Funeral Home & Cremation Services of McGregor.  Go to www.srtfuneral.com to leave a message of condolence.
