Raymond D. Keeler

Raymond D. Keeler, Jr.  83 0f Palisade passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at Golden Horizon’s in Aitkin.  He was born October 21, 1940 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania the son of Raymond and Ruth (Hendricks) Keeler, Sr.  Ray was a U.S. Army Veteran and former Scout Master while stationed in France.  He enjoyed farming and spent the last 50 years in Palisade, Minnesota.  He was preceded in death by his wife Carol in 2011, sister Robin, and his parents.  Ray is survived by his 2 sons: John and Mike; daughter Jamie, several grandchildren; 4 brothers; 2 sisters; and many other special relatives and friends who mourn his passing. 

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Ray’s life at 2:00pm - Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Fleming United Methodist Church, rural Aitkin, Fleming Township.  Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the church.  Memorial donations are preferred in lieu of flowers to Fleming United Methodist Church – PO Box 98, McGregor, MN. 55760-0098.  Arrangements are with Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Aitkin.  To leave a message of condolence go to www.srtfuneral.com
