Robert Florek

Robert Walter Florek, 76 of Aitkin died Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at Aicota Health Care Center in Aitkin.    He was born March 23, 1949 in Minneapolis the son of Anthony and Alice (Kemmerer) Florek.  He grew up and graduated from Saint Louis Park High School and attended the University of Minnesota.  Robert was united in marriage to Cynthia Marie Justin on June 30, 1973 in Saint Louis Park.  He worked as a Data Base Administrator for an I.T. company.  He loved his family, especially his grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Kathy.  Robert is survived by his wife Cynthia; sons: Jason (Misty) and Brian (Annie); grandchildren: Allyson, Alexandra, Peyton, Wyatt and Weston; brother Ed; beloved dog Jelly Bean; many other special relatives and friends who mourn his passing.
