Robert David Lloyd, 77 of Aitkin died Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Golden Horizons Assisted Living in Aitkin. He was born July 21, 1942 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin to Richard R. and Burdine (Ludwig) Lloyd. He graduated in 1960 from Notre Dame High School in Chippewa Falls, WI. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving on the USS Randolph during the Bay Of Pigs and was last assigned to the USS Enterprise. He attended St. Thomas University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree. Robert was united in marriage to Julie Keith.
He worked for Sprint as a Communications Tech. and was an antique dealer retiring to the Aitkin area.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Julie in August of 2018, and his daughter Michelle.
Robert is survived by his son David, 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers: James and Patrick, and sister Julie.
