Thomas Vincent Selseth

Thomas Vincent Selseth, 78 of Garrison passed away peacefully on Friday, July 11, 2025 at his home with loved ones by his side. He was born February 5, 1947 in Minneapolis the son of Vincent & Ethel (Miller) Selseth. One year after graduating from Minnetonka High School in 1965, Tom enlisted in the Army, joining the Medical Corps. Tom was a proud Vietnam Veteran, serving as a medic near Da Nang in a MASH unit near the 101st Airborne. Upon his return from Vietnam, Tom started a family & began a 55 year career in real estate, spending more than 30 years with Counselor Realty.  In addition to his many hobbies: hunting, fishing, softball & boating, Tom was an active member of the Minnetonka & Garrison area communities for many decades. Most recently, he served as the Junior Vice Chair & House Committee Member at the VFW Post #1816 in Garrison. Tom is gone, but will certainly not be forgotten.  Tom was preceded in death by his parents Vincent & Ethel, and brother Gerry (Joey).  Tom is survived by his daughters: Heather (Jordan), Erica (Daren); grandchildren: Cole (Evette), Stone Thomas, Gabby, Tiah;

great granddaughter Ila Lucile; sisters: Cathy (Arden) & Mary (Pete); Many other special relatives and friends.

A celebration of Tom’s life will be 12pm – 3pm, Saturday, August 30, 2025at the VFW Post #1816 in Garrison.
