Timothy Martin Obituary

Timothy Scott Martin, 60, died Friday, July 17, 2020 at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale.  He was born July 29, 1959 in Breckenridge to James Roy and Marlys Mae (Johnson) Martin.  He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, playing Whist, and just being with his family.  He was preceded in death by his dad James, brother Rog, grandparents, and 3 nephews.

Tim is survived by his mom Marlys Martin;

Children: Tim (Heidi), Thomas, Matthew, and Alyssa;

Many grandchildren;

Brothers & sisters: Dan (Barb) Martin, Gloria (Joel) Colvin, Steve (Kim) Martin, Jim (Cay) Martin, Jess (Reina) Martin, Deb Martin, Cindy Starkka, Neil (Joi) Martin, Missi (Scott) Whitted, Debbie Martin and many special nieces, nephews, and other family.

 

A public visitation will be 12 to 1pm Friday, July 24, 2020 at First Lutheran Church in Pine River.  Private family services will follow the visitation at the church.  Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery, rural Backus.  Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Aitkin assisted Timothy’s family with arrangements.  To leave a message of condolence please go to www.srtfuneral.com
